Poor Credit Help

February 26th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Poor Credit Questions

Question:
Poor credit help: How can we rent on poor credit?
We are renting at the moment in Illinois and we are planning to move to another state. We are renting and have rented for the past two years. We always pay our rent on schedule. We have poor credit and my spouse was just recently laid off from his job. If we decide to re-locate (assuming my spouse find another job), how can we get back in a good position? Will we be able to rent from a landlord in Wisconsin and still have a good place to live in a good neighborhood? (either buying or renting a house?) We also have children.

Answers:
Hello, you are in luck. I am only 22 and my spouse is 21, and we do not have the best credit, and we just found a place, about two weeks ago. Based on the property owners, they might go only depending on poor credit help. which in any case may be positive, if one of you has more decent credit than the other, they will check your credit together and go with the average number. If they do not base it only on credit, you always have the option of using your past landlords as references. Seeing as you paid your rent on schedule, your landlords will be more than willing to be of a good reference. Be sure to keep your chin up and be genuine and straight forward with the house or apartment owners that you are trying to apply at! You will find a place. Also, i would recommend, if I might, find a credit consolidation company. Attempt to consolidate most of you and your husbands back balances and make one monthly payment. It will work wonders. It will bring your credit scores up a lit!
tle more with every payment. Best of luck to you and keep your chin up!

I would attempt to locate private owners that are renting rather than the real estate companies that rent out huge apartment complexes. I have commonly found (and we have poor credit help) that cash talks and going about private owners you do not have the background check and application charges most of the time. Also the rent seems to be lower sometimes. I believe that as long as you can prove you have steady income and you get a good reference from your previous landlords, you should be fine. Best of luck.

Debt Consolidation Loans Bad Credit

February 24th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Loans for Bad Credit

Question:
What company issues out debt consolidation loans bad credit?
I would like to know if you personally had experience with a company which considered your case and lent you a loan even though you have poor credit and outstanding balances. I have read enough about counselling and debt consolidation loans bad credit. I would just like to know who has actually gone over the process and what company you used. Thank you.

Answers:
If a person wants to get out of debt today, it is quite simple with a debt consolidation plan.
On the other hand, it may get a bit tricky sometimes. I recommend you get as much information as you can online regarding this first,

Hello, It is a good thing that you’re getting your debt in check. I want to offer you another option to a debt consolidation loans bad credit. It’s referred to as a debt snowball. Collect all your bills and examine the outstanding balances. Take the lowest balance that you owe and spend every penny you got at it while issuing minimum payments on everything else. As soon as that debt is paid off, you take the money you were paying towards that bill and apply it to the next bill. My husband and I are doing this while I am over in Afghanistan and we will have about $13 thousand paid off by the time I get home. We started making payments of 250 dollars per month on a $700 credit card, we are putting in payments of two thousand a month right now. It takes time and a lot of self-discipline but it is very beneficial for your credit rating, but I have no plans in going into debt again.

You should go to http://www.researchitforme.com/wesayes/loans
or http://www.wesayes.com
Both places do what you’re requesting.

No Fee Credit Cards For Bad Credit

February 24th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Credit Cards and Bad Credit

Question:
What types of credit cards are there which are no fee credit cards for bad credit and are easy to be approved for, even with poor credit?

Answers:
The very best card that I suggest is from Orchard Bank. They are owned and operated by HSBC, one of the biggest worldwide loan institutions and the Orchard Bank brand is focused on people with bad credit. Based on how poor it is, you could get no fee credit cards for bad credit, an unsecured card with a small fee, or a secured card without any fee. In any case, as long as you don’t go above the limit and make at the very least your monthly minimum payments, they will remain raising your credit card limit, while giving favorable reports to the credit companies.
If you are not aware of how bad your credit is, obtain a free credit report, look to see that everything that’s on it is accurate, and challenge anything that does not look right. If the creditor cannot prove it, the credit reporting companies are required to remove it. Check the link below, which is provided by law, and is not a site like freecreditreport.com, which is not actually free.
http://www.orchardbank.com/
https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp

Contact with Visa and ask, and there is going to be a card that you can get. However, your interest rate is going to be really high and your credit limit will be very low. If your credit rating is bad, this is a decent place to start rebuilding it, but do not let it get out of hand. Repair your credit the right way.

Poor Credit Lenders

February 19th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Poor Credit Questions

Question:
How can I locate legitimate poor credit lenders?
I currently have some debt I have to pay back, but due to a divorce recently, my credit rating has taken a fairly significant hit. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Answers:
I believe you have a contradiction of words. Legitimate and poor credit lenders. If you do find honest poor credit lenders who are poor, they will not have any funds to lend out.
Try going to one of the credit counselling sites. Enter in your zip code and they will give you places in your region that will not scam you like so many of the places that advertise themselves on television.

If you are a member of a credit union, begin with a loan officer. You might own assets (i.e., home or retirement) which may be used as collateral. They would also advise as to which debt, and how much money, really needs to be paid off right away, and which could be paid off through instalments.

It is based on how bad your credit is, how much debt you currently have and what precisely is on your credit report. Every individual’s situation is different and each lender’s requirements are different. I will recommend starting with a bank or perhaps a credit union, and if they are not able to help you, they generally can give you tips on other alternatives and go from there.
You may also want to consider having your credit fixed because if it is not, you will still have all those dents in your credit report after you pay for all the debts. I had to go through such a thing a few years ago and the company that assisted me in repairing my credit rating boosted my score by almost 60 points in six months.

You are attempting to borrow your way through debt. This is not a good plan. Please learn how to get your act together with money. By the way, divorce on its own does not a thing to your credit. The only method in which your credit gets harmed is by not paying what you have to owe, unless it is a mistake, in which case you should argue it.

Poor Credit Computer

February 19th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Poor Credit Questions

Question:
Would anyone know where I may get a decent laptop poor credit computer?
I require a computer for college, and it has to also be a computer for gaming. I have bad credit but I still need one as soon as possible. I have tried blue hippo, gateway, hp, compaq, places like that. Does anybody knows of a store that’ll actually accept me? I am not concerned about interest. I just want the payments to be small.

Answers:
You have poor credit (from purchasing things you can’t afford) and you wish to buy something that has small payments. That is just not going to be. Also, you’re going to surely mess up again and mess up your credit rating further. And with this current economy the way it is, everybody is really stingy on loans, even to borrowers with a history of decent credit.
In short, you’re not in a good postion. However, your school has a computer lab that you are able to use for free.

More than probably, you’re going to need to pay it all up front. A number of stores may let you get a computer if you put down a large deposit. However, more than likely you are going to need to purchase it outright. you try to Google “poor credit computer” and check if there are any websites that would help you out, but to be frank, if you’re credit rating isn’t great, it is most likely a better idea to wait until you have the cash to buy it all up front.

I guess you could go to a computer store and check if they have any poor credit computer loans. Why you would want to get one, I am not sure. My computer has a great credit rating.

You can buy a second hand one over eBay for approximately $40. That’s how I bought mine, and it has been quite reliable.

Bad Credit Finance

February 19th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Loans for Bad Credit

Question:
Can a person with bad credit finance a vehicle with zero money down?
I submitted a form on the internet to help me search for a bad credit finance deal and received a call from a local dealership. He wanted me to come in and I said I did not have much money at the moment but was searching, He claimed I did not need any money since it was zero money down, I then informed him how I have poor credit and he said he knew and that it was ok that it has been approved.

My question is, would it be worth going to this place tomorrow? I have no money and he claimed the first payment would not be due for another month along with the insurance. I do not want to go in and be pressured when I have no funds at the moment, so any ideas?

What sort of monthly payment should I expect? I really require a car right now.

Answers:
All dealers and online lenders will say they are the best and will have you approved. They work with high volume and the way they really see it is if they talk enough, someone will listen.
Your walking on dangerous grounds and you should probably have some knowledge, having poor credit equals high interest rates that are worth more than the life of the vehicle and will still be putting out payments when the vehicle is in the junkyard. It’s sad but true and it happens to many people with poor credit.
your main concern should be how to repair your bad credit, visit this link:http://www.usedcartips.org/CREDI.html you will find out how in addition to how bad credit works.
buy the cheapest car until such time you have built up some credit score.

Go in and talk with the salesman. Yes, you can buy a car with no money down. All you have to show is that you have a steady job and solid income for over two years and then are able to give the payments. Depending on how damaged your credit is, that will determine the total of the monthly payment. If you absolutely need a car, go talk to him and before you do, find out your monthly budget and be sure you truly can afford a vehicle and the exact amount you can pay. Go in and say to him this is what I will be able to pay a month and see what vehicles will fit your budget. Be sure you stick to the budget and factor in car insurance too, or you will have your car taken away in no time. Good luck.

Creditcards For Poor Credit

February 19th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Credit Cards and Bad Credit

Question:
I am searching for a credit card that will re-establish my poor credit minus all the fees?
Most of the credit cards I looked into require all kinds of fees. Setup fee, maintenance fee, and so on. I am searching for creditcards for poor credit without so many fees.

Answers:
Capital One issues creditcards for poor credit or no credit. The credit card does not have any annual fees. I obtained the card when I was still in high school and I did not have credit established. I have never been charged fees so far. I believe they will only issue a fee if you are late (which I’m guessing you will not be late since your using it to repair your credit, correct?) I believe capitalone is real easy to use and pay nicely since you can set your account up over the internet and pay on it for free.
Just go to their website and you can get a card for you.

Hey, that is how it is. If you have bad credit, you pay more since you are more of a risk. Most creditcards for poor credit from $300 to about $500 leave you enough room to spend $150 to $200 dollars if you get one, but at least you would be able to slowly re-establish your credit rating. Or if you pay back your debt, your credit score will go up into the decent range after around two years.

Get A Bad Credit Loan

February 17th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Bad Credit Questions

Question:
Where is a legitimate place to get a bad credit loan?
I am currently in debt and wish to pay it off. I am trying to decide between filing for bankruptcy or maybe to get a bad credit loan so I may pay off my credit. Are there any finanical institutions or banks that are legitimate and are not scams that could possibly issue me a loan ?

Answers:
If you are in debt, slow down on your spending and get an additional job. Bankruptcy is little more besides legalized theft. Having said that, you should always remember about not paying fees for any loan. You’ve already had a scammer telling you about “Advance Fee Loan Fraud”, so don’t compound your problems by being a victim of that. Here are some things to remember for determining whether your loan is legitimate or a fraud:
Legitimate places don’t use free email addresses such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, live, etc. They own a secure website you can go to send in their application (this isn’t for certain, so do a search with the ‘company’ and ‘fraud’ and also ’scam’), and check the better business bureau. The usual scammer excuse for such a thing is under construction or maintenance. They don’t need any fees upfront. All fees will come out of proceeds for the loan. Scammers usually like their fees through Western Union or Moneygram. Legit places have a real address to which you can send mail. They have an actual phone number, no cell phone.
Check out their profile, usually created in the past 48 hours. Why? The fact is they get reported for this, yahoo eliminates the accounts, so all they do is open a new one and send once again until they are rejected once more.
If you STILL not convinced, in spite of one or more of the points above applying, look them up for yourself. I can give you links if any person is interested.

Mortgage For Poor Credit

February 16th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Poor Credit Questions

Question:
Can I get a mortgage for poor credit?
I am planning to buy a house, but have a poor credit score of approximately 540. Would anybody know of someone that would finance a first time home buyer with a very low credit score such as mine? I do have a steady job that I have worked at for about three years and make adequate money. I really want to find something with an interest rate of less than ten percent, if possible, but any details would be great. Thank you.

Answers:
Do you think that with your payment record you would loan yourself money? I recommend you keep renting until you get more money and bring your credit score back up.

Poor credit history is a result of a series of late payments, bankruptcy or bills that have not been paid. No matter how poor your credit history is, with a mortgage for poor credit loan, you can easily obtain money to finance your home. This assists you in buying a home, redecorate the house or consolidate your loans. This type of loan brings down your total monthly payment from lower interest charges and liabilities. Since this loan qualifies for tax relief, your tax liability becomes less.

Your best chance would be to go with owner financing. Unless you give a huge down payment, like 20 or 25 percent, even then it might not be done. Renting a place is not that bad.

A score below 580 and you will not be very lucky to find many lenders that are willing to issue you a mortgage for poor credit loan.
You need to work towards bringing your score up. How did your score become this low without any credit card debt? You might have to get a secured credit card and utilize it but pay it back every month just to establish some payment history, which will bring your score back up. Furthermore, pay some additional payments on the car to bring your debt down.

Poor credit approval

February 16th, 2009 at 12:00am Under Credit Cards and Bad Credit

Question:
What is a better way to finance a house as a first time buyer and get poor credit approval?
I am a first time house buyer with bad credit. I will not get poor credit approval on my own. An associate has offered to either buy the house and I do a rent to buy deal with them or we could become co-owners. If we end up being co-owners, would they base the approval amount and interest rate on my partner’s credit rating? If he has purchased a home before but I have not, would I be responsible for the first time home purchaser tax credit if we end up being co-owners?

Answers:
It is more ideal for you to wait until you acquire a down payment before waiting for poor credit approval. You will be paying interest only and still be required to pay property tax and maintenance any problems that happen. Locate an apartment save up your cash until your credit is fixed. Then the house would be in your name only,

Just keep in mind that if you do go through with this it can turn against you if you don’t keep up on every single monthly payment on time for the next thirty years. That is really a huge commitment and you will never know what things will come up in that time: loss of life, health problems, etc. You cannot see into the future and to possibly ruin someone else’s credit rating would not be the best thing.
He would obtain the credit if he happens to be the primary. Now if he choose to give that to you that is his chose, but I think if he is offering you a favor he should get that credit and you should not.
I think this is a big mistake and I think you ought to rent and save up your cash and work on building your own credit overtime.

This is probably not be the answer that you would like to hear, but if you have bad credit, you should not purchase a house, regardless of any tax credits you may receive.
