Under Bad Credit Questions
Question:
What would be a good car company for refinancing bad credit?
Four months ago, I refinanced a vehicle under my name mainly for my sister and I am fighting every month with her to send me payments. I do not want my credit rating to be messed up, so I want to refinance through her name and she currently has bad credit and I already tried going with capitol one but they turned her down. What else could I possibly do? Can you provide me with information? I understand it was a poor decision on my part.
Answers:
If your sister is not paying you as agreed then perhaps you need to make some tough decisions. I don’t believe you will have any fortune refinancing bad credit for the car in your sister’s name so here are some alternatives. Have her bring the truck to a dealership to trade it in where they deal in secondary financing. She would require some money down which you will probably need to help with in order to get yourself out of this bad situation. Another alternative is to sell the car for anything you can get out of it. You carried out a favor that is not being recognized and now it seems as though your credit is affected. Take control of the problem.
What would your sister’s credit score happen to be? If it’s very bad, she won’t be able to obtain a loan without any co-signer, who could take over if she will not make payments. With her issues making payments, I doubt she would find anyone, including you, who would be wanting to co-sign for her. Here’s a webpage with further details:

Under Credit Cards and Bad Credit
Question:
How do i get rid of credit cards for poor credit rating from my credit cards?
Answers:
First of all, negotiate all outstanding debts with any companies you hold past-due balances with by speaking with either them or their representatives, if your account happens to have been sent to collections, for a quick, mutually acceptable solution. What is important is that you settle only for arrangements that submit “paid-in-full” reports to any of the credit reporting agencies.
Secondly, retire any credit cards for poor credit rating as well as department store credit cards until all financial requirements have been achieved in full. Cut them or lock them up in a box. Do not charge any credit cards unless you have the funds to pay them off totally within the month; with that, go with the credit cards for poor credit rating with the best rate and have the rest locked up.
Lastly, your credit rating will get better. Let time pass for your credit to improve to a sufficient level to get credit cards with smaller than 10% interest APR, before you allow more than a few hundred to add up at any point in time. If any emergency occurs so that you are not able to pay back the balance, the APR has to be low, or else it will really weaken your power to remediate quickly and substantially hurt your situation of living, as well as your ability to meet your existing financial requirements.
As soon as you’ve brought them up to date you will have to wait it out for seven years, or you can probably call the credit card companies, tell them you have paid them in full, provide them with a story, and request for them to remove themselves from the negative section of your credit. They will not all do it, but a few will. Best of luck!
First you may always put yourself through counselling, and you can call any credit card company and ask them for information about it.

Under Credit Cards and Bad Credit
Question:
Can one become a police officer with bankruptcy bad credit on his or her credit report?
I am soon going to be enrolled in a basic law enforcement training program in a few months. I am expecting to be done in November, so I hope I will be getting a job around early December.
Anyway, I have bad credit at the moment. 535 score to be precise. I have heard that it is quite difficult to become an officer with bankruptcy bad credit, so I am genuinely considering filing for bankruptcy. I have heard it takes around six months and the credit rating will be as good as new and therefore, hopefully I will be able to find a job as a police officer.
So, would anybody know if this is the ideal way to go about it?
Thanks a lot for any information.
Answers:
It will not certainly bar you from becoming a police officer, but hiring agencies look at that sort of thing from the point of view of, perhaps someone could bribe him, and so forth.
When you are in the hiring process, they might ask you about it, just be honest and up front with them. Telling the facts will go a long way in making you appear to be a decent person if they are concerned about it.
There is no possible way you’ll rebuild your credit in six months. The bankruptcy bad credit takes seven years to be cleared off of your report. You can repair it within that time, but that black cloud would still be there.
Furthermore, they made bankruptcies more difficult to get last year. It’s allegedly harder than ever now to file.
I would not think that your credit would be a critical factor in your job, though. Though I’m not a police officer, I am pretty sure that if you are adequate officer material, they are not going to reject you because of your bankruptcy bad credit score.

Under Loans for Bad Credit
Question:
Is it possible to get very bad credit loans?
I have a very bad credit rating and require a loan for a car, about 1,500.
Is there a possible way I could get this taking into consideration my credit history – or would it be best to save my money?
Answers:
You can obtain very bad credit loans even without running to loan sharks, but their interest rates are huge as they are taking a lot of risk.
If you are trying to obtain a car loan and you know that your credit rating is not the best, you do not need to worry since getting very bad credit loans is not that difficult. Most lenders know that people these days have taken some hits on their credit and they have made it more simple to obtain a Car Loan even if you credit is poor.

When receiving your very bad credit loans be aware that you may need to pay a higher interest rate since the lender will look at you as a bigger risk with poor credit. A bad credit rating not only may cost you a lot of money in high interest rates. If your credit score is in a very low range (e.g. less than 500), you may not qualify for very bad credit loans at all.
You can obtain very bad credit loans, but they tend to be for pretty small amounts and for short lengths of time.

Under Poor Credit Questions
Question:
How may I repair my credit poor credit?
How may I improve my credit and poor credit score? I have bad credit and am trying to make it decent once again.
Answers:
There are a number of things that you may do. If you have any credit cards already, pay the balances on time and be sure that they are never maxed out. Generally, you would like the balance to be no higher than half of your credit limit (that is as vital as paying on time) Try to avoid opening or closing any accounts while you are working towards restoring your credit poor credit. Avoid applying for any other credit. Obtain a copy of your credit report and argue anything negative that you believe is wrong. Of course, if you own any collection accounts, pay them back if you are able to, but even if you are not able to, you can still have improved credit. The longer a collection account or any other negative item has existed, the less impact it has on your credit score, so the BIG picture would be that from now on manage scheduled payments and try to have credit balances under half of the limit.
If you do not have credit, get a couple secured credit cards (see Household Bank or Orchard bank) and then charge small balances on them and issue on schedule payments every month.
To begin with fixing credit poor credit, get a free copy of your credit report by the three big credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax and Transunion. Pay back existing accounts and close any that are completely paid for and not used. Then avoid applying for anything you do not require. Each time you apply for credit you take a “Hit” on your credit rating. Finally, try to pay higher on your credit cards. The interest rate is typically high so pay as much as you are able to afford.
Pay back loans.
Pay on schedule or beforehand.
Never just pay the minimum payment.
Try to obtain a small 300 dollar credit card, charge 50 bucks, pay say 70 dollars. Do this each month for several months. Your credit rating will improve and they will offer you bigger credit cards.

Under Loans for Bad Credit
Question:
Can anyone recommend a company from which to get personal unsecured loans for bad credit?
My aunt asked me this a while ago, and I couldn’t offer any suggestions. The only bad credit loan companies I know of now are the payday and vehicle title lenders.
Answers:
Look at prosper.com, it is precisely for that kind of thing and seems to be a better option compared to the payday and title loans.
Unsecured loans for bad credit are excellent choices if you are hesitant or don’t own collateral and require money fast or for short term. A secured loan for bad credit carries low interest rates, flexible repayment conditions and simple loan clauses. However, unsecured loans for bad credit carry high interest rates and rigid repayment conditions. http://www.freewebs.com/getanswer/PersonalLoans.html
Hello. I went with “Credit Solution” to settle my debt and rebuild my credit score. They managed to shorten my debt up to 58%. It is legitimate and includes a free consult. I became aware of this company on NBC News Special Edition. Check it out here:

Under Loans for Bad Credit
Question:
Are there any lenders on the web who deal in bad credit payday loans who really lend?
lenders who do not keep re-routing you and yet won’t advance you the loan you applied for?
Answers:
There are many payday loan companies that will issue you instant cash bad credit payday loans. The main issue would be the interest rate. It will result in paying a higher interest rate. The upside being you will obtain the loan in a really short time. Many of the payday loan companies have direct deposit option and others have set up a check deposit facility. You can apply on the internet and receive the loan in a short amount of time.
If a salaried individual is undergoing a period of financial trouble and has failed to give regular payments in the past, then still without any questions, that person can instantly get approval of bad credit payday loans. The only rule laid down by the lenders is that these people should be salaried ones and are currently citizens of the United States. But prior to applying for the loan, you have to take costs of borrowing any sum into consideration as well. The salaried people must be receiving a steadypaycheque of no less than a thousand dollars for past six months at the least. Only adults 18 years of age or above are allowed to borrow this type of loan, if they own an active bank checking account which is under their name. A web application is usually enough for the lenders to accept you, if the details are adequate. Many of the customers find these loans within a day into their checking account.

Under Poor Credit Questions
Question:
What banks give out unsecured poor credit Visa or Mastercard to people with bad credit?
I have to find a bank that issues poor credit Visa cards for people with bad credit. However, I do not require a bank that applies a monthly maintenance fee.
Answers:
Orchard bank is the ideal bank to go to if you wish to have secured credit cards. They do not charge a monthly fee, but they do apply a one-time fee of 35 dollars. They are good. I have been with them for the past few months, after about 12 months, they will unsecure it. Also, they report to the credit bureaus every month which will make your score improve a little if you pay on time. Look them up; you will not regret it.
If you currently have poor credit then now is the right time to get away from the whole concept. Just obtain a debit card. It will work anywhere a credit card would.
The advantage is that you should never have a fee every month with a debit card and they will even give you interest on your account.
The main reason to get a credit card would have to be to spend cash that you do not currently have. If you don’t currently have the money then do not even bother buying it. Just do some planning with a budget and never mind the credit cards. Credit cards are problems encased in false promises.
HSBC – Orchard Bank issues credit to people with bad credit and poor credit visa. Based on your credit score, they do charge a fee every year for their cards. I for one would not suggest them. However there are a few banks that focus on people with poor credit. A lot of sites on the web gives information on these sources. Be wary in choosing one, and Good Luck.

Under Loans for Bad Credit
Question:
What companies will offer unsecured loans with bad credit?
I have a debt of 4,000 pounds at the moment. I have really tried to find out how to raise this type of total to consolidate and pay off my debts. I have applied to Norwich & Peterborough and I have been turned down due to a low credit score.
Can anybody please suggest any loan companies that would possibly be able to help!?
Thanks.
Answers:
4 thousand is nothing in the world of debt, and take my advice: make an offer to reimburse say twenty a month. Do not get a loan, or you’re asking for trouble.
How about trying through your bank account? They must be able to help you but do not keep applying for loans because your credit score decreases.
Do not do it. If you cannot handle your debts as they are, how are you going to manage to pay off a loan which would be equivalent to the total of your debts, plus loan interest? Furthermore, if you go to a lender who focuses on unsecured loans with bad credit you will be paying a larger interest rate.
Go and check out your local Citizens Advice Bureau who can discuss reduced payments for you, avoiding the need to take out further loans.
Having an additional loan is probably not the ideal way to go. You will be much better off consulting a company that takes all of your finances in hand and work out an affordable monthly payment to pay back each of the companies that you have outstanding credit with. These sorts of companies do extract a fee out each month, but within five years or less based on your repayments, you will be rid of your debt and also have a good credit rating back. It is worth thinking about and i would suggest a company named Gregory Pennington. Give them a call and find out what they can do.
