Under Credit Cards and Bad Credit
Question:
How to obtain business credit cards for poor credit?
How do I get my business credit built if my credit rating is less than perfect?
Answers:
A real business credit card is a line of credit which is taken in the name of the business, basically under your business’ credit. Transactions, whether good or bad, are reflected on the business’ credit history report via D&B and other financial companies, and the liability for any debts created and bills owed is connected to the business. On the other hand, some companies out there issue business credit cards for poor credit which they need a person guarantee for. These companies will often ask for a personal guarantee, and will generally always ask for you to provide them with a social security number from the individual applying for the card. If this is the situation, the credit card is no longer a business credit card, but is merely a personal credit card which is used in the business. The business is not responsible for bills and debts – now you are. When sending applications for business credit cards for poor credit for your business, look out for areas asking for you!
r SSN (and not your EIN or TaxID) and be wary of all credit cards that request a personal guarantee of you. By verifying that your credit card is under the name of your business, you may help to establish your business’ credit, while getting away from creating problems with your own.
A lot fo companies offer a collection of credit cards that are given under the business name only. Those lists generally run three hundred to nine hundred dollars, depending on the quality of the details inquiring. I would recommend starting your search online through google or yahoo. Type in “strong business credit” to locate services that sell the details
Best ofluck
You should attempt to get a secured card.

Under Cars and Bad Credit
Question:
If I was offered a poor credit auto loan with an interest rate at 18.9%, would refinancingbe a good option?
Is refinancing a good idea after twelve months of having the vehicle and after paying the amount on schedule for one full year as well additional debt owed and would that help improve my credit?
Would that be an okay idea? I require a car since my current car is soon to die and I have to get a reliable car.
Answers:
Nothing helps to rebuild credit better then either a poor credit auto loan or a home loan paid as planned for at least twelve months.
Auto financing is actually I do for a job, and I am going to let you in on a small secret: dealers have points on auto loans. The rate that dealer is paying would be most likely approximately two points lower than the rate that they have told you.
An additional thing: many Special Finance lenders determine their rates based on loan to value and if the individual you are dealing with is at all decent, you will owe so much more money on this car then it is worth that in a single year, it will be quite difficultd to refinance.
Keep in mind that on a 60-month loan you will not be in a equity position until month 42 and on a 72 month loan, it is going to be month 54.
I am not trying to talk you out of buying the car, because it will help your credit rating a lot just as long as you pay on schedule. I’m just letting you find otu what your up against.
That interest rate is very high and it is never a great idea to finance a poor credit auto because in the end you will pay much more than what it is worth.

Under Poor Credit Questions
Question:
Who will give us a poor credit unsecured loan?
We do not own a home, but we wish to get a loan for a deposit for renting a house. So far we have been denied by many companies. we have to move soon but don’t know which lenders to send applications to. A lot of them want money up front but then are not able to find us a loan, and end up leaving us with even less funds. Can somebody please help us? Thank you.
Answers:
You are going to get harmed by lenders. Have you attempted asking your prospective building manager for an alternative arrangement, where you provide something as security, and in return, issue the deposit through instalments rather than going to a loan shark? The current regulations on rental property deposits basically mean that the building manager may not benefit from the deposit of the bond, and have to hand it back within two weeks, and therefore not Speak with to them and tell them the situation as by having to go to a loan shark, you might also be putting your future rent money at risk if you are in a position where money is tight, and you need to decide. Discuss it through. It should be advantageous to you both in order to be straightforward.
Best of luck, and ask me if I can assist you further.
If you have poor credit start repairing it by sending small payments. A poor credit unsecured loan is not the only solution you have. If you have a really valid reason for why your credit is poor some bankers will consider it. For instance, medical bills or a divorce are sometimes taken into discussion. You just have to put it in writing and let them know that you are making payments on all of your current bills.
You may have assets with which to secure a small loan. A car, jewellery, a stereo can all be considered as collateral.
Furthermore, a small bank may be willing to finance you. Big banks have the luxury to turn a lot of borrowers down.
Something to keep in mind is that banks also discriminate borrowers by character, which means that you should sell yourself too. Dress well, speak well, fill in the application completely and without error. Character tells a lot on whether or not you can be trusted.

Under Credit Cards and Bad Credit
Question:
Is it true that I am not able to get a credit card due to my poor credit card rating?
Answers:
No sir. That is absolutely false. You are still able to get a poor credit card despite your bad credit history. You will be subjected to nasty and persistent rumors regarding credit cards. And I think you will still encounter other similar credit card lies in your lifetime.
A prepaid card trumps over credit cards specifically if the owner does not have a great credit history.
The rejection is not real in the case of prepaid credit cards. There aren’t any credit checks, no job verification, and acceptance is guaranteed.
With a bit of diligent research and comparison of many prepaid credit card offers, it is not hard to find a prepaid card without any annual fees, no repayments, no late payment fees, and no penalties at all. Therefore, the maintenance costs of a prepaid card can be discarded.
With a prepaid credit card, it is quite easy to promote financial control. Seeing as how you can only spend what you currently have, there isn’t any overspending, and thus no debt.
Some companies that prepaid credit cards do report their usage to the big credit bureaus and thus are a good instrument to re-establish poor credit card history.
You can obtain a poor credit card, but you may need to try very hard in getting it approved. Nobody is going to lend money out if they believe that person will not pay it all back. Furthermore, if you do obtain one, your interest rate is going to be very high.
you may get the odd one but it will be very high interest, so you need to build your credit rating up, but it is funny, since if they do not issue you a credit card, you will not be able to do this

Under Bad Credit Mortgages
Question:
Am I able to find private loans for mortgages for poor credit?
I am renting at the moment and the homeowner is placing the house up for a short sale at sixty percent lower than the original value of the house. However, our credit is poor. However we do get a steady income.
Answers:
In today’s situation, you’ll likely need to put up a little more than 20%. If you are able to put down 30%, you’ll most likely have a shot. Also, you may be able to get a family member co-sign or create a partnership to share ownership of the house.
It might be a possibility for you to borrow to purchase this house but this will be based on your answer to the following and how bad your poor credit rating is:
1. How big of a deposit are you paying out of your own pocket?
Lenders are going to request a minimum of 10% deposit but this may increase based on the credit score you achieve.
All of the said comments are based on knowledge of current United Kingdom law as well as HM Revenue & Customs practice, which might be altered in future and are directed specifically at those who are Retail consumers as explained by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 of the United Kingdom.
Any suggestions we state are for your information only and should not be taken or regarded as financial advice or be depended upon in association with any investment decision.
Well, it is based on if you can talk with him. If he is the owner of it outright and not any bank, then he might let you to put down anywhere form five percent to 20% down and hold mortgages for poor credit for you. Discuss this with the owner; I have done it.
It resulted in negotiating private mortgages for poor credit with the owner, placing 8 percent down, and then had a bank purchase it from him.

Under Loans for Bad Credit
Question:
Can anyone recommend a company from which to get personal unsecured loans for bad credit?
My aunt asked me this a while ago, and I couldn’t offer any suggestions. The only bad credit loan companies I know of now are the payday and vehicle title lenders.
Answers:
Look at prosper.com, it is precisely for that kind of thing and seems to be a better option compared to the payday and title loans.
Unsecured loans for bad credit are excellent choices if you are hesitant or don’t own collateral and require money fast or for short term. A secured loan for bad credit carries low interest rates, flexible repayment conditions and simple loan clauses. However, unsecured loans for bad credit carry high interest rates and rigid repayment conditions. http://www.freewebs.com/getanswer/PersonalLoans.html
Hello. I went with “Credit Solution” to settle my debt and rebuild my credit score. They managed to shorten my debt up to 58%. It is legitimate and includes a free consult. I became aware of this company on NBC News Special Edition. Check it out here:

Under Cars and Bad Credit
Question:
Has anyone here had a poor credit car loan?
I have poor credit, very bad, and need a vehicle, so I am thinking about applying for a poor credit car loan since I have no co-signer. Has anybody here ever taken one out? Do you wish you hadn’t? What kind of interest rate did you have to pay? Thank you.
Answers:
The interest rates for borrowers with poor credit can be anywhere from 15% to 29%. It is all based on what State you reside in and the specific details of the deal. The people that result in regretting getting a poor credit car loan are those that go too far.
Here is a very good tip: if you have poor credit, Do not get into the bad habit of expecting a 15 to 20 thousand dollar vehicle. You may be able to locate a place that will have you approved on one, but you may lose your leg due to the interest rate. If you are sincerely wanting to rebuild your credit rating and join the ranks of many others that can purchase whatever they want and whenever they want, then purchase a car that’s cheap. If you are required to pay a high APR, why not pay it towards a small amount? Use the additional money you will get to keep and pay off whatever is causing your credit rating to be bad. Do this two, perhaps three times, and before you know it, you’ll be able to purchase something you actually want and maybe have a lower payment than you had before.
Just be certain that you will never be late on anything in the future.
My partner was doing it when I met her and she happened to be paying 23 percent on a poor credit car loan.
Essentially, it was a $400 a month car payment for six years on a 17 thousand dollar car.
If she would have paid that much during the loan, that is the same as about $29 thousand in total payments for a 17 thousand dollar car.
It is painful to look at the interest being paid every month being larger than the principal being paid.
We refinanced very quickly after she established and built up her credit rating a little.

Under Credit Cards and Bad Credit
Question:
Where to get a bad credit card?
I currently have bad credit from hospital bills. I’m searching for a credit card to rebuild my credit with no fee every year. I tried Visa salute, but they asked me to give them twenty dollars up front. I’ve searched a lot of sites online and on newsgroups. So if anyone can come up with a great answer, I’d love to hear it. I’m tired of going to awful websites and getting nothing. Thank you.
Answers:
All right, I’m really not trying to be a jerk about this, but if you can’t send in twenty dollars to start a card, why would you expect any credit card company to give you credit? Is it that twenty is too much? Any credit card that you hold a balance of about $100 or higher is going to be a payment on twenty dollars.
I apologize for this answer, I know it isn’t exactly what you are asking for, but I really don’t get your reservation.
To accurately answer your question, if you have damaged credit, you are going to pay a respectively high interest rate, no matter who you get the card from, so remember that as well.
Even though I haven’t had a whole lot of fortune personally with Capital One, they do offer more options than I have seen, and can most likely get you into a card that isn’t a bad credit card. Do not miss any payments, not even by a single day they will strike you with interest rate increase and late fees.

Under Loans for Bad Credit
Question:
Personal Loans for People with Bad Credit in places like Canada or Australia?
Does a company exist that helps people who have had poor credit in the past obtain personal loans in Canada?
For example, Ex-Bankruptcy or perhaps paid and unpaid defaults or bad credit?
Answers:
Whichever alternative you choose, it’s very difficult to justify if a loan lender is genuine or not.
I have been scammed before by personal loans, so the only advice I can proved is based on my experience.
Always inquire about their Lender’s profile and registration or license and verify them via the authorities on which their business is based.
As an alternative, verify them from the Government, Loans Embassy or High Commission office in your nation for their validity.
Then before making any transfers at all to them, be sure you know of the IMF rulings and the bank charges imposed by the financial institution where from which the transfer will be initiated.
Be sure you have all these details prior to committing anything to them, more than anything, transfering funds to them.
They will say they are God fearing individuals and the likes to get your confidence but at the end of the day that is how they get their money. Don’t fall for their claims as a sign of sincerity unless what they say matches that of what you get from the authority.
Always request a detailed documentation of all actions and never just believe what they say.
I don’t want other people with bad credit to be victims of Personal Loan fraud like me because I understand how much my family and myself have been harmed by them.
Your ideal alternative is to approach a bank or a reputable financial instituition in your region for advice. Explain your situation to your lender, even for people with bad credit, it is still possible to get a personal loan or a business loan depending on the circumstances you have.

Under Poor Credit Questions
Question:
I have a pretty poor credit rating, and I keep getting turned down when sending applications for a credit card.
Would anybody know of any company where I can get a credit card for poor credit rating?
Answers:
Are you sure you know why you have got a bad credit rating? I recommend you get copies of your credit report from the three major credit bureaus. Their websites will be based on the country you reside in, so just search them on the internet.
After you obtain your reports, which you are able to do once a year for free, examine it closely. It will let you know if you any unpaid balances in the report. Be sure any and all activity is yours. If you happen to have unpaid balances, pay them back. It will assist you in improving your credit rating.
If there are errors such as you already paid a bill but it did not update, then send them a letter with the proof and they’ll update it. There may also be activities that aren’t yours at all, I had bills on my report which belonged to my mother and my old address was indicated as hers. I proved that I did not live there, and they removed them.
Stop applying for a credit card for poor credit rating until at least a few months after everything is up to date. Then take out a small loan from your bank instead. 1000 to 2000 dollars, and pay it back faster than they request you to. A number of banks take a loan request similar to a credit card application and will just issue you a credit card for poor credit rating instead, if your credit is decent enough. If not, it’s a little risk to take on their part because it’s small sum. A small loan like that may help you build the credit.
Fixing up credit doesn’t happen immediately, so just be patient. Each time you apply, your credit score drops by a couple of points and it could be months to get those couple of points back.
