Question:
Would there be any car dealers who would accept bad credit or even no credit?
I am wishing to buy a used car for a recent year, but I’m quite sure my credit is poor due to identity theft. Anyway, I was basically wondering if there are any bad credit dealers who will approve even with bad or no credit history. I understand it’s still recession, so would they have a way of working things out for borrowers with bad or no credit at a time like this? Thanks for your input.
Answers:
Unless you go to some Buy-Here Pay-Here location, bad credit dealers go through different lenders and banks for financing. The Buy-Here locations will probably approve you, but for a really high interest rate. If you go to a normal dealer, most of them will have what they refer to as a special financing department with whom you may talk to.
If your credit is poor due to Identity Theft, this might be something you would like to work to fix and take care of first. Not only would this save you hassles in the long run, but if you could fix up your credit it will acquire you more favorable terms in loaning which can only save you funds.
Car dealers do not finance, they contract out to banks and finance companies for that type of thing. They typically have several they work with, and can usually find one that will be approprate with your bad credit. The catch is you will be subjected to a much higher interest rate.
Identity theft is an issue that can be remedied. Have you put in a fraud alert with the credit bureaus? Did you dispute the debts on paper with the various creditors that say you owe them money? This is really serious and can hurt you far more seriously than an increased interest rate. It may haunt you for many years to come.

Question:
Where to get student loans with bad credit?
Does anybody know where one can get student loans with bad credit?
Answers:
The FAFSA is most likely your best solution. www.fafsa.ed.gov.
The FAFSA assists you by checking to see whether or not you qualify for grants that you do not need to pay back and student loans with bad credit. Bad credit is not going to stop you from getting a student loan to help you. What will keep you is if you are in default on some other student loan, owe a payment associated with loans or grants that you were not supposed to receive or charged with possessing or selling drugs while you are getting financial aid.
On the other hand, the cost these days with schools is much higher than the loans and grants, so I would agree with the other guy’s answer. Look and see if there are any other sorts of payment plans that you could manage while going to college. Another way that I would not suggest is to apply for a private loan. You will probably have to find a co-signer. Private loans for college are driven by credit, and some you may not have to start making payments on until after you finish school, withdraw or graduate

Question:
Which cell phone plan can I get with bad credit easy?
I currently have bad credit and require a cell phone with a small or no deposit requirement. Are there any recommendations?
Answers:
Possibly your best chance is if there is a Cricket in your region.
You pay higher for the phone, but they do not perform a credit check and have monthly plans available for approximately forty dollars which include unlimited minutes in your home calling region.
Another alternative is Metro PCS. It is basically the same idea.
Of the big providers, Sprint seems to carry the lowest standards, but odds are that if you have bad credit easy, they will need a deposit, which might be over two hundred dollars.
As a third alternative, prepaid phones are the ideal thing to get. There is no credit run, and basic phones run less than 50 dollars and for many of them, a 100 dollar card gets you close to a thousand minutes that may last approximately a year.
Get a Trac-Fone. (You can locate them in any big drug store, in any popular grocery store, or in all Wal-Marts.) They are essentially an over-the-counter product. While you might need to do some programming and charging right out of the box, and occasionally you need to buy cards for more minutes, Trac-Fones are not a bad deal, all things considered. Check out their website.
well verizon will issue you a cell phone but you need to put money down, and then in a month they send it back, but the ideal thing to do is to contact each company because it is all based on how poor your credit is. Therefore, call places like ATT and verizon right now and find out. You should not go with t-mobile because they are the worst company out there, even if they claim they will give you the phone for free, do not go for it.

Question:
My credit score is really low. Would two secured credit cards for poor credit that i pay for on time increase my bad credit score?
Please Help Me I am requesting for Some Advice.
Answers:
I am employed as a credit analyst as well as an underwriter at a credit card company, and I manually review credit record histories for limit increase requests and normal applications for credit, so I would have knowledge from experience of your situation.
To answer your inquiry, without having any background about your credit history, it’s difficult to really determine how big of a difference it would make, On the other hand, I can tell you what you may do to make the most out of these two secured credit cards for poor credit you have, as that’s the ideal thing that you can do to re-establish your score.
First, it is good to know what your score is composed of:
- Payment history makes up 35%
- Entire debt owed to existing credit ratio-30%
- Period of time establishing credit-15%
- Types of credit that is built-10%
- New applications and inquiries-10%
If you pay on time, that will rule out the first one. There is no real shortcut to that, so that will require time. But what you may take care of is the second one. The best thing that you could do should be to make little purchases of about 20 dollars maximum, and pay it in full and on schedule, each month AND increase the deposits to bring up the limit. When you have a balance of zero and a big limit would be the best combination for a credit rating because that indicates you have all your available credit and you have zero debt. Bear in mind that just as long as you keep the accounts in decent status, you will receive the deposit back sometime in the future anyway, so it would be to your benefit to increase the limits as high as you can, seeing as you wouldn’t have the ability to do it with some other credit card. However, as long as you do the things I just listed, you’ll see a big improvement!

Question:
What would be a good car company for refinancing bad credit?
Four months ago, I refinanced a vehicle under my name mainly for my sister and I am fighting every month with her to send me payments. I do not want my credit rating to be messed up, so I want to refinance through her name and she currently has bad credit and I already tried going with capitol one but they turned her down. What else could I possibly do? Can you provide me with information? I understand it was a poor decision on my part.
Answers:
If your sister is not paying you as agreed then perhaps you need to make some tough decisions. I don’t believe you will have any fortune refinancing bad credit for the car in your sister’s name so here are some alternatives. Have her bring the truck to a dealership to trade it in where they deal in secondary financing. She would require some money down which you will probably need to help with in order to get yourself out of this bad situation. Another alternative is to sell the car for anything you can get out of it. You carried out a favor that is not being recognized and now it seems as though your credit is affected. Take control of the problem.
What would your sister’s credit score happen to be? If it’s very bad, she won’t be able to obtain a loan without any co-signer, who could take over if she will not make payments. With her issues making payments, I doubt she would find anyone, including you, who would be wanting to co-sign for her. Here’s a webpage with further details:

Question:
Where is a legitimate place to get a bad credit loan?
I am currently in debt and wish to pay it off. I am trying to decide between filing for bankruptcy or maybe to get a bad credit loan so I may pay off my credit. Are there any finanical institutions or banks that are legitimate and are not scams that could possibly issue me a loan ?
Answers:
If you are in debt, slow down on your spending and get an additional job. Bankruptcy is little more besides legalized theft. Having said that, you should always remember about not paying fees for any loan. You’ve already had a scammer telling you about “Advance Fee Loan Fraud”, so don’t compound your problems by being a victim of that. Here are some things to remember for determining whether your loan is legitimate or a fraud:
Legitimate places don’t use free email addresses such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, live, etc. They own a secure website you can go to send in their application (this isn’t for certain, so do a search with the ‘company’ and ‘fraud’ and also ’scam’), and check the better business bureau. The usual scammer excuse for such a thing is under construction or maintenance. They don’t need any fees upfront. All fees will come out of proceeds for the loan. Scammers usually like their fees through Western Union or Moneygram. Legit places have a real address to which you can send mail. They have an actual phone number, no cell phone.
Check out their profile, usually created in the past 48 hours. Why? The fact is they get reported for this, yahoo eliminates the accounts, so all they do is open a new one and send once again until they are rejected once more.
If you STILL not convinced, in spite of one or more of the points above applying, look them up for yourself. I can give you links if any person is interested.

Question:
How does one obtain a credit card with cash bad credit and if you are employed with a cash income?
I working from home because I have a disability. The main way I make money is constructing a website to get money, and all my money is going to the bank. I do not get pay slips but cash since it has been deposited in the bank. I want to obtain a credit card but I currently have cash bad credit. I would like to know how a person can build credit if you cannot get credit card. I want one to order things and things of that sort. Does anyone know how, which banks offer credit without investigating your credit history?
Answers:
Why don’t you apply for a Visa Debit Card through your bank?
It is similar to a Visa card but you can only spend what you currently have in your checking account.
You have to really fix your credit back up so maybe get a secure credit card and progress your way up to unsecured.
Many drug stores issue prepaid credit cards for like 19 dollars to load them up at first and then 5 dollars everytime afterwards. they are known as green dot. you can go to their website and check to see where a local store may be situated for you to get one.
Everyone is right so far about a secured credit card. Because every card company checks your credit you will likely get turned down for a normal card. Your best bet will be to go to a bank like US Bank, Bank of America, etc. Any financial institution or bank that does credit cards and ask them about any secured credit cards. The one at US Bank is a minimum of three hundred dollars to begin but that is also your credit limit. After about 12 months or so, with good payments a lot of companies will change it to a regular card and pay you back your money.

Question:
Are bad credit companies that issue personal loans permitted to ask for a couple months down payment right away?
I applied for a bad credit personal loan over the internet. A company named Birchmount Lending called saying I was approved for five thousand, with monthly payments of 223.54 for two years. But because my credit is not the best, I would need to give them four payments upfront. Let me know what you think.
Answers:
There are two really obvious things not right with this offer. First no legitimate company requests any money up front. The other is for your payments to be that small for two years, your interest rate would need to be around 6 percent. Now consider that. Would that sound like any bad credit companies interest rate?
You are surely not interested. This is known as an advance fee loan scam.
It seems like the same scam operated by a company under the name of Fremont Lending. Did you happen to talk with someone by the handle of Edward Field? This company will take your fee and contact you back saying the lender backed out of your loan but they found a second lender that will take up your loan application for an additional fee.
These companies will take advantage of individuals all of the time. I know of 6 people who were fooled and they did not get their money back.
It is definitely a scam.
It is a change from the old Advance Fee Scam.
They assure you something, and in your case, it is a loan, if you give them a fee in advance. The fact that they have really no intention of issuing you the loan is something that they fail to tell you.
“Birchmount Lending” is possibly a seventeen year old kid sitting in an internet cafe somewhere in Nigeria.
