Question:
Where is a legitimate place to get a bad credit loan?
I am currently in debt and wish to pay it off. I am trying to decide between filing for bankruptcy or maybe to get a bad credit loan so I may pay off my credit. Are there any finanical institutions or banks that are legitimate and are not scams that could possibly issue me a loan ?
Answers:
If you are in debt, slow down on your spending and get an additional job. Bankruptcy is little more besides legalized theft. Having said that, you should always remember about not paying fees for any loan. You’ve already had a scammer telling you about “Advance Fee Loan Fraud”, so don’t compound your problems by being a victim of that. Here are some things to remember for determining whether your loan is legitimate or a fraud:
Legitimate places don’t use free email addresses such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, live, etc. They own a secure website you can go to send in their application (this isn’t for certain, so do a search with the ‘company’ and ‘fraud’ and also ’scam’), and check the better business bureau. The usual scammer excuse for such a thing is under construction or maintenance. They don’t need any fees upfront. All fees will come out of proceeds for the loan. Scammers usually like their fees through Western Union or Moneygram. Legit places have a real address to which you can send mail. They have an actual phone number, no cell phone.
Check out their profile, usually created in the past 48 hours. Why? The fact is they get reported for this, yahoo eliminates the accounts, so all they do is open a new one and send once again until they are rejected once more.
If you STILL not convinced, in spite of one or more of the points above applying, look them up for yourself. I can give you links if any person is interested.
