Question:
Would anybody know of any banks that issue Loans For Poor Credit?
I am in the process of searching for a loan at the moment. My credit rating isn’t the greatest, so i am aware that I am hardly going to get decent rates. I know there are companies and banks that issue loans for poor credit, but the single one I currently know of is Welcome Finance. Could somebody recommend any others?
Answers:
Your best chance would be to look at some Credit Unions in your region. They will generally be far more lenient with their lending requirements, but in return, they do charge steeper interest rates. I would avoid anything focused on “loans for poor credit” since they typically assume that because you have poor credit, you have bad knowledge on the subject and have extremely hard terms.
Banks are usually off-put by poor credit history. They do not usually account for the risk unless you obtain a managed loan from a bank but this comes with a large percentage of interest. The loan companies, such as welcome finance will judge the percent rate dependent upon your current situation. I suppose it is just about doing your research and finding the best possible company. Try the banks, since you will only find out if you really talk to them. If not, search around. Someone will issue a loan for your which will meet your requirements and not have very much interest. I have given a link to company below who I can suggest. However, for all intents and purposes, recommendations are not as reliable as homework. Good luck.
I hate to inform you of this but there are not too many legitimate companies that would help with bad credit borrowers. the only method you can be approved for a loan with any amount legally is either you get a co-signer or put up some asset for collateral, and when you do have either option, you will be required to pay very high interest rates.
